Firstmed's dedicated customer service team is based in offices in London and provides customer support.
You can contact us via the following methods and we will be more than happy to help.
Our Customer service team will be a happy to answer any questions you may have regarding any aspect of your treatment or to offer technical support when ordering. We can also take registrations and orders by phone.
Calls are charged at the standard national local call rates.
Phone Operators are available to take your call between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 5pm Fridays (GMT).
Customers can contact our customer service team and our medical team via email. Customer service team can help with general inquiries about the service, orders and also give information about the treatments. However they are not medically trained. Any medical related questions should be sent by email to our doctor
All emails should be answered within one working day.
Chat facility is ideal for quick one off questions or to help you if you have a problem whilst ordering. Chat facilities are operational between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 5pm Fridays
Note: Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, so we can attempt to locate it.
