Erectile dysfunction (male impotence or ED) is one of the many common conditions that can affect the sexual health of men. Often many men are not sure whether they are suffering from erectile dysfunction (male impotence or ED) and the following test may help you identify whether you should discuss the matter further with your doctor.
The test, which consists of five questions, is based on the International Index of Erectile Function*. Each question has several different responses. When answering the questions, you should think back over the last 6 months , and select the response that best describes your situation. When you have answered all the questions click SUBMIT.
Please note: The result of this test is NOT a definitive diagnosis! The test cannot replace professional help. If you suspect that you may be suffering from erectile dysfunction (male impotence or ED), you should contact your doctor for advice regardless of the result you get on the test. You may find it helpful to print out the test result and show it to your doctor. This might make it easier for you to discuss the subject with your doctor and help him or her to assess your condition.
